Speak to us about the type of event you are organising, and our expert team will assist you in arranging the appropriate cover.
All our events insurance policies include public liability with variable limits and employer’s liability up to £10 million. This means that your business will be protected should a member of the public or an employee sue you due to negligence.
Our events insurance will cover you should you be unable to host your event due to cancellation, abandonment, postponement or curtailment. Whether you cannot run the event at all or if you simply need to delay it, you’ll be covered. However, this does not include cancellation due to communicable diseases. Other terms and conditions may apply, so, see your policy wording or speak to an adviser for full details and exclusions.
Our policies can be extended to cover a range of different incidents such as non-appearance, full terrorism cover, enforced reduced attendance and adverse weather. These add-ons will protect you from financial loss in the instance of any of these cases which prevent your event from running to its full potential, or even running at all. Lack of finance and equipment breakdown are excluded; check your policy for full details.
When you need to make a claim, we'll guide you through the process and get your claim settled as quickly as possible.
You should be insured from the moment you become contracted or invested. You leave yourself open to financial risk if you arrange cover for an event but are not insured during the planning and organising process. We will create a policy for you that will cover risks throughout the life of the event (before, during and after); this comes as standard and does not cost any extra.
We aim to provide insurance for a broad range of events, including; awards, concerts, ceremonies, conferences and exhibitions. However, depending on the nature of your event, there may be certain exclusions., It is recommended that you speak to an advisor about the specifics of your situation.
We can provide cover against adverse weather, and, if you have specific concerns, we can offer additional cover, as required.
Whilst our standard cover excludes cover for non-appearance, this can be included at an additional premium, subject to the insurer's terms and conditions.
If you would prefer to spread the cost of your annual policy, you have the option of setting up a Direct Debit to pay your premium in equal monthly instalments through our preferred provider, Premium Credit Limited (PCL).
