Yes. We can offer insurance for window cleaning which takes place at private homes as well as at commercial properties such as blocks of flats, offices, shops, hotels, restaurants, garden centres, schools, hospitals and much more.

Yes, this is fine. Just inform your adviser when going through your quote as we are able to cover both. Additionally, tell us of the height you work up to, and how this is accessed to ensure we can advise you on the necessary cover. Work at height increases the potential risks and may carry restrictions. Speak to a specialist adviser to find out more.

Yes, we can provide quotes for window cleaners solely using water-fed pole cleaning systems. It’s lower risk than using ladders and can sometimes result in lower premiums so it is definitely worth mentioning to your adviser. It’s also worth covering your window cleaning equipment including whilst it’s in transit in between jobs.

No this would not be covered as damage to items being worked upon is a common exclusion throughout these policies. However, should the shards of glass fall and cause injury to passers by then this would be covered under the public liability insurance, subject to negligence on your part.

Vehicle insurance is not included as part of this policy. However, we do have a separate van insurance policy which can protect your vehicle.
